We handle the technical conversations with your hosting company—translating their jargon and saving you from hold music so bad it violates the Geneva Convention. You'll purchase and renew your hosting and domain through your preferred provider (we're happy to suggest reliable options), which means you maintain direct ownership and control over your hosting account while we handle the complicated stuff.
Includes: Setup and configuration of your hosting account, domain name management, DNS record configuration, SSL certificate installation and renewal, troubleshooting hosting-related issues, and acting as your technical liaison with your hosting provider whenever something goes wrong (because it always does at the most inconvenient time possible). -
Additional Website Edits $55/Hour
For when your "quick updates" list grows longer than a CVS receipt. Billed in 15-minute increments because we respect that not everything takes a full hour.

The One Hour Web Fix is like calling a plumber when your sink is already overflowing. You have a problem, you call me in to fix it. Website care and maintenance is like having someone constantly checking out your pipes so you never have to stand in ankle-deep water in the first place.
Do I need the hosting add-ons?
If terms like “DNS configuration” and “SSL certificate” make you want to fake a poor connection and hang up, then yes. If you’re comfortable managing these things yourself, then no.
What kind of edits can I request with my included 30 minutes?
Text updates, image swaps, minor layout tweaks, color changes, small content updates—you get the idea.
What happens if I need more than 30 minutes of edits?
We charge $55/hour for additional time, billed in 15-minute increments. No, we won’t bill you 15 minutes for a 30-second fix because we’re not monsters.
Can I roll over unused edit time to the next month?
Edit time doesn’t roll over, much like those unused data minutes from your 2007 cell phone plan. But I’m a reasonable human who won’t nickel-and-dime you if you’re a minute over one month.
